Leaves along with aromatic and non-fragrant flowers are religiously essential to make garlands to worship deities. Each flower holds particular importance in the Hindu culture and has a mythological story about why it should be offered to a specific deity. Garlands are not only to decorate God’s but also to beautify the spaces of the temple. The aroma of natural fresh flowers makes the atmosphere divine. Flowers influence the positivity of the deities and divine vibrations. In general, we feel positive vibrations in the presence of flowers, and it also makes the environment filled with peace and happiness. No matter how grand the occasion is, it is incomplete without a fresh garland.
