Australian Government developed information and referral service for older people, people with disabilities and their carers. Commonwealth Carelink Centres can provide information about community aged care, disability and other related support services. If information is required for an area outside of South West Sydney, the caller can be transferred to any other centre in Australia free of charge. Community Liasion Officer is available to give talk/presentations to service providers and community groups/organisations.
