We have been using Pinnacle Software for over a year now and not only does their Software meet all of our expectations and more so does their customer service.
Easy to use and versatile. What we are missing in university context is to have a way for users to inform via the AMS that equipment is not working or that needs relocation for instance. At the moment that step is done via email.
