Commenced his commercial career as a practicing chartered accountant. He has been involved in the finance industry for many years as a director of several public companies engaged in insurance and mortgage management. Currently he is a chairman and director of a number of companies active in mortgage, general financing and investment activities.

J L Ainsworth JP

Has been engaged in the finance industry for many years as an executive. Is a Director of Midland Securities Limited and other Companies.

C E GRADY CA (NZ), ASA, MBA, JP

An executive with the Beneficial Group in excess of 25 years with experience in mortgage lending, insurance management, general financing and credit management. In addition to being National Credit Manager with one of Australia's largest listed public companies he was General Manager of a life insurance group in New Zealand involved in public investments and mortgage management.

A member of the California and Michigan Bar Associations, practicing in San Francisco since 1980.
